Pokémon Collector 97/123 in the crosshatch holofoil print. The base card is an Uncommon Supporter from HeartGold & SoulSilver (2010); this version was mailed to players who reached Tier Two of the 2011-2012 Play! Pokémon Player Rewards season. It was never sold at retail. Art by Masakazu Fukuda: the collector in glasses holding up a Poké Ball, Pikachu at his side. More on these in the crosshatch Player Rewards guide.
Not a league promo and not a prerelease card. The printed PSA label reads 2010 POKEMON HG & SS, POKEMON COLLECTOR, CROSSHATCH HOLO, #97; PSA's online cert record lists the variety as HS-CRSHTCH-'11 PLYR.RWRDS.
Supporter: search your deck for up to 3 Basic Pokémon, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand.
