How things are packed
- Raw singles: penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, rigid mailer.
- Slabs: wrapped and braced in a box so the case cannot shift. Signature confirmation on higher-value pieces.
- Sealed: boxed with padding. Never a bubble mailer on its own.
- Lots: boxed, sorted as listed.
Tracking and rates
Tracking is emailed when the label prints. Rates show at checkout by weight and destination.
Combining orders
Orders placed to the same address before dispatch are combined into one shipment where possible, and overpaid shipping is refunded.
Returns
Condition disputes follow the grading standards. For anything else, a return needs approval first: message the shop before sending anything back.
