Mew is one of the action cards in ポケモンババ抜き, the Pokémon Center Old Maid deck released in Japan on 11 May 2019. Its printed instruction, このカードを引いたら、もう一度同じ人からカードを引く, means that whoever draws it draws again from the same player. Mew floats with its tail curled up on a lavender card under ミュウ!, the cry a player calls out on drawing it.
A playing card, not a Pokémon TCG card: no HP, no attacks, no collector number. The CGC label records it as Pokémon Playing Cards (2019) JPN, Old Maid, and the back is the red ポケモンババ抜き back of the 2019 deck. More on why non-TCG cards like this get graded.
