Eevee from ポケモンババ抜き, the Pokémon Center Old Maid deck released in Japan on 11 May 2019, where each player calls out the cry of the Pokémon they draw. Eevee's card prints ブイブイ! (Bui bui!) across the top, above Eevee caught mid-step with one forepaw lifted and its mouth open. Dusty pink card, Poké Ball watermark, and its name イーブイ in the lower corner.
A playing card, not a Pokémon TCG card: no HP, no attacks, no collector number. The CGC label records it as Pokémon Playing Cards (2019) JPN, Old Maid, and the back is the red ポケモンババ抜き back of the 2019 deck. More on why non-TCG cards like this get graded.
