Rafe's Blaziken 012/019 – Movie Commemoration VS Pack: Sky-Splitting Deoxys (Japanese) – PSA 10

Rafe's Blaziken, card 012/019 from the Movie Commemoration VS Pack: Sky-Splitting Deoxys (映画公開記念VSパック 裂空のデオキシス), a Japanese-only half deck released on 17 July 2004, the day the film Destiny Deoxys opened in Japan. The card is printed as リュウのバシャーモ: Rafe is the English dub name of the trainer Ryū, whose Blaziken appears in the film. Midori Harada's art shows Blaziken mid-kick with both wrists alight, and a small trainer portrait sits in the text box.

Collectors and price guides list this deck under several names: Movie VS Pack, VS Movie Deck, 7th Movie Half Deck and Space Fissure's Deoxys. PSA labels it MOVIE COMM. VS PACK. The number reads 012/019 beside a VS set mark, with no rarity symbol. The same deck carried a lenticular Deoxys card that changes Forme with the viewing angle. This card has not been released in English.

Basic Fire Pokémon, 70 HP. Fire Punch does 10. Blaze Kick does 30 and flips a coin: heads adds 10 more damage, tails burns the Defending Pokémon. Water weakness, retreat cost 1.
