Pikachu from ポケモンババ抜き, the Pokémon Center Old Maid deck released in Japan on 11 May 2019, where each player calls out the cry of the Pokémon they draw. Pikachu's card prints ピ〜カ〜 (Pi-ka) across the top, above Pikachu standing upright and smiling, paws at its sides and tail behind. Yellow card, Poké Ball watermark, and its name ピカチュウ in the lower corner.
A playing card, not a Pokémon TCG card: no HP, no attacks, no collector number. The CGC label records it as Pokémon Playing Cards (2019) JPN, Old Maid, and the back is the red ポケモンババ抜き back of the 2019 deck. More on why non-TCG cards like this get graded.
