Charmander from ポケモンババ抜き, the Pokémon Center Old Maid deck released in Japan on 11 May 2019, where each player calls out the cry of the Pokémon they draw. Charmander's card prints that cry, カゲー! (Kagē!), across the top, above Charmander facing forward with its arms spread, mouth open and tail flame lit. Red card, Poké Ball watermark, and its Japanese name ヒトカゲ (Hitokage) in the lower corner.
A playing card, not a Pokémon TCG card: no HP, no attacks, no collector number. The CGC label records it as Pokémon Playing Cards (2019) JPN, Old Maid, and the back is the red ポケモンババ抜き back of the 2019 deck. More on why non-TCG cards like this get graded.
