Alternate arts: the same card printed with different artwork. Both in stock are One Piece and both are graded. St. Marcus Mars OP13-091 is from Carrying On His Will, where Gege Akutami drew the Five Elders for the game's third anniversary, in a TAG Gem Mint 10. Luffy OP05-119 is Gear 5 Luffy against Kaido by tatsuya, from the English Version 2nd Anniversary Set, in a PSA 10.
With alt arts the frame and the label matter as much as the number. OP13-091 also exists as a red alternate art; the slab here is the standard alternate art with the black name plate, which is how the TAG label records it. The OP05-119 comes from the Japanese-language edition of that English-named set, so the text on the card is Japanese.
Grader, grade and cert are on every listing, linked to the grader's own lookup. Prices are set off recent sold comps for the same card and grade.
