PSA has a single 10, GEM MT 10, with no tier above it. CGC splits its tens into Pristine 10, flawless to the naked eye at 50\/50 centring, and Gem Mint 10. TAG does the same, scoring Pristine 10 from 990 to 1000 and Gem Mint 10 from 950 to 989.
